Working Here

Working with us has its rewards

We're doing it again!
IKEA US will once again raise our minimum hourly wage for US retail co-workers. On January 1, 2016, the average minimum hourly wage in our existing stores will increase to $11.87 per hour.

This is just one way we are creating a better everyday life for our co-workers!

Our benefits package is just one way that we aim to make IKEA a great place to work. Our offer includes a competitive health care plan (for co-workers who work more than 20 hours a week), a generous 401(k) plan, an additional retirement plan called “Tack” (the Swedish word for “thank you”), tuition assistance, a co-worker discount, a co-worker meal deal, a generous paid-time off package, and more.
