What you'll be doing day to day

Leading and sharing the IKEA Total Rewards concept and approach in line with market trends, latest developments and best practices. Create, update and implement the Total Rewards strategy including structures, methods, policies, standards, rules and guidelines. Lead the US Total Rewards team and partner with the global Matrix. Collect, analyze and utilize relevant business intelligence in the Total Rewards field to stay industry competitive and compliant. Explore and initiate implementation of digital tools and systems that can support efficient and accurate Total Rewards Process. Secure and monitor that all markets are in line with the mandatory elements of Total Rewards to secure compliance and a consistent execution of the Total Rewards framework and policies. Initiate internal organizational wide regular communication on the IKEA Total Rewards program, aimed at timely providing HR stakeholders with critical information. Monitor annual performance management processes and the potential impact on the Total Rewards planning process. Manage vendor relationships and negotiations for IKEA’s benefit programs. Align with key stakeholders within People & Culture and other functions, such as Sustainability, Communication, Legal, Risk Management and Business Navigation & Finance
