What you'll be doing day to day

You’ll be building a customer-centric culture by gathering customer feedback and providing insights to provide a simple, seamless and rewarding end-to-end journey for IKEA customers. • Using data from the customer feedback tool to inform and educate the retail store team on the experiences of customers at each touchpoint. • Providing customer insights & feedback around strengths, opportunities and following up on improvement action plans. • Supporting IKEA events such as customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities and community outreach. • Integrating customer insight and feedback into key decision-making processes. • Presenting learnings and insights at store meetings and forums.

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of experience working with multichannel customer journeys and customer support Previous retail experience Experience analyzing, planning and measuring performance
